Our costs, explained

Here at Holistically Human™ we offer a range of therapists for you to choose from, all hand-picked by our expert team.

The result is a diverse choice of counsellors offering a broad selection of experience, qualification level and skillsets in a range of price brackets, to suit you, your needs and your budget. This means we can offer counselling services in a way that means cost doesn’t have to be a barrier. Prices start from £x.

Counselling sessions range from low cost counselling at £38 provided by our trainees to counselling offered by more experienced counsellors.

Availability depends on the level of support you need and counsellors available.

Pilates and yoga classes range from £15-£25 per class depending on the school and the teacher. Discounts are available for packages

Massage and soft tissue range from £55-£85 p/h dependent on the practitioner and experience.

Making therapy accessible

Our aim is to make counselling affordable for all. That’s why we offer a sliding scale price structure and also ensure that x% of the counselling fees you pay are earmarked for our xxxxx , which is set aside to fund counselling for those on low incomes. You can read more about that here

How to pay

It’s easy to pay for your counselling sessions. When you log in , you’re asked to create a profile. On this private page, you’ll see the Pay for Counselling button. If you click on it you’ll be taken to a secure payment section where you can either pay as you go or pay for a block of x sessions.

Paying by other methods

If you have access to medical cover or an employee assistance/benefit scheme that includes cover for counselling sessions, we’re able to work with your provider. We are registered to work with organisations including xx, xxxx, xxxx, xxxxx , although your choice of counsellor might be restricted to those who are accredited, which means their fees will be at the higher end of the scale.

Please note: Every provider/policy has its own individual terms & cover levels. For example, it’s common for providers to fund up to six sessions, but others will offer up to 12. We have no control over this, so please refer to your provider’s terms and conditions and discuss this with your counsellor in the first session.

What happens if you need to cancel?

We require xx hours’ notice of cancellations, which is explained in our Counselling Contract. You’ll be sent a copy of this when xxxxxxxx and the terms of how you work with your counsellor will be carefully discussed with you in your first session.
