Our values & behaviours

We practice as we preach, working as a network, crafting a program to your unique needs. Every member of that network believes in human-led approaches as a means to achieving positive and sustainable growth.

We believe in leading by example and our values act as our shared language to ensure we stay connected and always put the human beings we work with truly at the heart of everything we do.

Invite everyone to dance. “Diversity is being invited to the party, inclusion is being asked to dance.” Diversity alone is not enough. We believe we create better solutions and make better decisions together when everyone is included.

Seek first to understand. Listen, don’t interrupt. Give space for others to be heard. Be unafraid to ask the difficult questions and unashamed to not have all the answers. The ability to listen is the beginning of every learning journey.

Working ethically

At Holistically Human™ our counsellors (either qualified or in training) are hand picked and screened for suitability.

Checks are also made to ensure safe professional practice.

All of our therapists and staffed are DBS checked and have all completed CPD in whole-human therapy which means they are working with trauma-informed practice.
